Cancellation Policy
When you book an appointment, that time is reserved exclusively for you.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for any cancellations or reschedules. Appointments canceled within 24 hours, as well as no-shows, will be subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
Appointments must be confirmed at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled time. If confirmation is not received, the appointment may be canceled and the time offered to another client.
For appointments lasting 2 hours or more, a non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking.
Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in the need to reschedule, and the cancellation fee may still apply.
